(1) In the following, we provide information about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.

§ 3 Collection of personal data when visiting our website
(1) When using the website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR):
- IP address, whereby the last digits are anonymized

- Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

§ 6 Use of our customer portal
(1) If you wish to use our services, you must register by providing your contract data first name, surname, address, country, landline number, mobile phone number and e-mail address, a user name of your choice and a password of your choice. A clear name is mandatory; pseudonymous use is not permitted. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for registration, i.e. your registration is not complete until you have confirmed your registration by clicking on a link sent to you for this purpose in an e-mail. If you do not confirm your registration within 24 hours, your registration will be automatically deleted from our database. The provision of the aforementioned data is mandatory, as it is required as contractual data, for communication and for the use of the services offered.
(2) If you use our portal, we store your data required for the fulfillment of the contract, including information on the method of payment, until you finally delete your access. Furthermore, we store the voluntary data you provide for the duration of your use of the portal, unless you delete it beforehand. You can manage and change all information in the protected pilot area. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
(3) To prevent unauthorized access to your personal data by third parties, the https connection is encrypted. Our database is also AES-encrypted, so unauthorized persons cannot view the data. .
(4) Your customer portal
In order to use our services, you must create and maintain your data. To do this, you must log in using the above-mentioned log in data, i.e. your user name and password. We store your personal data in addition to the voluntary data you provide, your order history and your invoices. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR and Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
§ 7 Web analytics
This website uses its own program to analyze and regularly improve the use of our website. We can use the statistics obtained to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. No data is transmitted to third parties. Only access statistics are recorded within our software, through which the IP address is stored. Three days after accessing the website, the IP address is MD5-encrypted. After the three days have expired, we are no longer able to decrypt the IP address due to the encryption. It can therefore no longer be traced back to a person from this point onwards.
§ 8 Data security
We use suitable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technical developments.
